What is RevPAR?

February 2, 2023 By admin Leave a Comment

RevPAR stands for Revenue per Available Room and is a performance metric used in the hotel industry to measure the average room revenue generated per occupied room in a given period, typically per day. It’s calculated by dividing total room revenue by the number of available rooms during a specific time frame. RevPAR is an important metric for hotel operators, as it helps them understand the efficiency of their operations and the effectiveness of their pricing strategies.
