Ennismore Signs Deal to Open Second Mondrian Hotel in Mexico’s Tulum

March 15, 2023 By admin Leave a Comment

Ennismore, a fast-growing lifestyle hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Mondrian Hotels & Residences development in Tulum, Mexico. The Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences will feature 64 guest rooms, four food and beverage outlets, a spa, fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The property will also offer 151 residential units, including townhouses and a VIP Casa. Ennismore’s recent signing of JO&JOE Tulum and the opening of Mondrian Mexico City in December 2022 complements the new signing, offering travelers two different experiences. The hotel will be located off Coba Avenue, connecting to the lively downtown Tulum and Tulum Beach. Ennismore is set to open around 30 hotels in 2023, including properties in France, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Thailand, Singapore, and Spain. The Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences will open in 2025 in partnership with Inzigna Capital, a company focused on investing and developing high-end real estate projects throughout Mexico.
